Letter of Authenticity

Each painting is signed on the back, with the stock  number, date, title and business seal.  Each painting is accompanied with a letter of authenticity.  The letter contains the following information:

  • The painting's name and dimensions
  • A brief description of the painting process and style used to create the work
  • The date the painting was created
  • The stock number matching my business records
  • Barclay Brown Artistry business gold seal
  • My signature


USA Customers: Shipping fees are showen as a separate line item on price estimates. All paintings are sent via Express Post, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive to US destinations. Please note that there are no custom fees on original artwork to the US.

International Customers: Please contact me for shipping quote as prices vary.

Shipping & Handling


Paintings are shipped Free in Canada via trackable regular parcel post service, with signiture required. All paintings are personally hand packed using cardboard and corner covers for added protection and then wrapped with brown paper. Shipping time takes approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location.

PayPal is always free to use for buyers and it is faster than sending money orders or checks in the mail. Buyers can choose to fund payments with a credit card, bank account, or other source.
